Position

We are looking for a Event Planner to join our Events Unit in Milan

The ideal candidate has already a previous experience in similar positions of at least 3 years covering the following activities:

  • Planning and budgeting
  • Financial Management
  • Relationship with clients
  • Executive Management (scientific programme, marketing & promotion strategy of the event, venue and logistics, social events)

Requirements

  • Esperienza pluriennale maturata presso Agenzia congressuale nell'organizzazione di manifestazioni (delegazione a congressi, corsi, meeting, delegazioni etc.)
  • Esperienza nel rapporto in autonomia con i clienti farmaceutici italiani ed esteri
  • Esperienza nella gestione economica e finanziaria di un evento dalla preventivazione alla consuntivazione
  • Esperienza nella trattativa con i fornitori
  • Attitudine al lavoro di team
  • Buona conoscenza di Outlook e dell'intero pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte
  • Preferibile diploma e/o laurea in Turismo
