Position

AIM Italy, ricerca per la propria sede di Roma

un/a STAGEUR

che supporti il team di progetto nella gestione e organizzazione di congressi nazionali ed internazionali.


Nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Contatti con i partecipanti e registrazione iscrizioni al congresso
  • Gestione viaggio e soggiorno dei partecipanti e relatori
  • Gestione di servizi generali di segreteria scientifica
  • Predisposizione materiale per accreditamenti ECM e pratiche AIFA
  • Attività di promozione dell’evento
  • Erogazione del servizio on site
  • Attività di follow up






Requirements


attitudine al lavoro in team;

buone capacità organizzative;

ottima conoscenza dell'intero pacchetto office ( Word, Excel, Power Point);

ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;

preferibili studi correlati al mondo del turismo.
