We are looking for a Project Leader to join our Congress Unit in Milan

The ideal candidate has already a previous experience in similar positions preferably with another PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) of at least 3 years covering the following activities:

• Planning and budgeting
• Sponsorship Management
• Financial Management
• Relationship with clients
• Executive Management (scientific programme, marketing & promotion strategy of the event, venue and logistics, social events)

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong team working and organizational skills
• Great commitment to the client
• Good Knowledge of the Italian CME regulation
