Aim Sport is currently recruiting a Sales Manager to be based in Rome responsible for the successful acquisition, management, and retention of customers.
The person should build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners and leverage these relationships to deliver innovative and memorable experience for our clients
Main Responsabilities:
· Retain and maintain a designated client portfolio of customers and opportunities
· Identify, manage and drive prospects, new business and renewals through a full selling lifecycle.
· Be able to contact and detect opportunities within in existing client portfolios.
· Assess client-specific needs and develop a client-specific strategy and pricing.
· Create and present a customized value propositions to clients.
· Manage prospect relationship data in SalesForce
· Contribute in development of value proposition by best practice and benchmarking.
· Be able to identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling, enhancing good relationship and collaboration with all the other Units in our organization
